Objective:

- The role holder will identify learning development needs and deliver solutions to build capabilities across the Vertical. The role entails implementing critical interventions pertaining to Human Resources that impact business performance and productivity.

Description:

- Looking for an experienced L&D Professional to join Corporate HR team and lead the L&D interventions and the Learning Initiatives.

- Liaise with senior management and HR Head to align the overall learning and development strategy with the broader business goals of the company.

- This role is responsible for building talent capability across levels, developing and driving culture initiatives, end-to-end talent development, grooming mid-level.

- To lead the planning, designing and implementing learning interventions in alignment with the organizational goals, mission vision and values.

Job Profile:

- To create design and deliver L&D solutions to support the organizational change and development outlined in the overall L&D strategy using a blend of methodologies including computer-based, self-managed learning, remote delivery, management cascade, classroom and on job learning as appropriate.

- On the Job Training, Social Learning, Web Based, Project Based, Self-development, Individual Development Plans etc.

- Analyze key competence gaps of the employees and identify focus areas and learning needs. This can be done through skills and behaviors assessment, analyzing annual or bi-annual learning needs emanating from feedback, appraisals etc and regular consultation with business managers and other members of the human resources departments.

- Liaise with the Sales team, line managers, and senior managers at board level to identify, design, develop, execute and measure interventions that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organization.

- Consider the costs of planned programs and keep within budgets by planning and assessing the 'return on investment' of any training or development intervention.

- Monitor and review the progress of employees through regular and timely assessments and discussions with managers and devise Individual Learning Plans, basis these.

Desire Experience & Qualifications:

- Full Time degree in HR.

- 3 Years+ Work experience and minimum 2 years into L&D/learning intervention.

- Good time-management skills, interpersonal and communication skills

- Experience handling SALES / Operations (Business not Manufacturing) Workforce Learning & Development.
