The curated marketplace will be video & photo first which enables customers to discover great jewellery brands and products. We are backed by global institutional investors & top-tier Indian angels. We come with a rich diverse experience of business and technology roles in both Indian startups & global conglomerates and come from top-notch educational institutes. (Co-founder PepperTap, Co-founder Nuvo Ex, ex IIT Delhi, ex Goldman Sachs, ex Deutsche Bank) Currently, we are a team of 15 people based out of Bangalore and are looking forward to onboarding highly enthusiastic folks who can be part of our journey. Responsibilities: - Managing recruitment at the Business & Operational level. - Planning & scheduling orientation, and induction programs for new onboard joiners - Own specific learning processes at the organization level and build operating efficiencies through analytics, budgeting, vendor management - Partner in key learning initiatives with business and HR team for driving people agenda at the client organization level - Enable digitization of learning processes for smooth integration with HR processes like talent management, performance management - Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise - Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies - Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form Desired Skills: - Expertise in learning & development, talent management, and systems implementation. - Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures - Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRMS systems - Excellent communication and people skills - Aptitude in problem-solving - Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach Qualifications: - Preferred MBA in HR. - 2-5 years of relevant work experience What's in it for you? - Be part of 0 to 1 journey.
