- Responsible for all the HR activities related to the direct and the indirect staff. - Manpower Management - Recruitment and hiring for direct and indirect, Induction, - Orientation of the new joinee as per plan. - Support Target and incentive rollout for all sales team members including ensuring awareness, appreciation and alignment by sales team on the same for the branch. - Drive People Agenda in sales team through pre planned reach Out activities at regular intervals. - Employee Life Cycle Management and Employee Relations - Employee Engagement - New joiner life cycle management - Statutory compliances as applicable to HR Function - Drive HR Operations - Contract employee management and statutory compliance - Handling the retail segment, Business HR. - Design, implement and monitor internal processes i.e. employee engagement, employee relations, appraisal process, performance management and organizational development - Handling employee engagement i.e. surveying, analyzing and reporting back credible recommendations to improve employee engagement - Performance Management: Conduct efficient performance management for the business unit .
