Manager- Human Resources


Key Responsibilities Areas:

Employee life cycle management:

- Onboarding & Induction on day of joining

- Policy Awareness Programs; during all connects and general communication

- Discipline enforcement

- Query addressal

- Exit Formality completion (enabling R1/R2 approvals on time, check list clearance, formality completion from employee, Relieving letter issuance on time)

Employee Engagement:

- Individual connect with Managers at regular frequency

- Individual connect with Employees randomly

- Incident based celebrations (festivals, major achievements, long service, birthdays, etc.)

- Regular regional communication (notable achievements, monthly activity reports, new joins, etc.)

Reward & Recognition:

- Running R&R programs as per company policy, on time, including general communication, certificates, cash awards, goodies, etc.)

Business Support:


- Site connect with employees on regular frequency

- Manager Connect

- Connect with Customer Managers

- Feedback to Managers & Management on employee performance, anticipate

Performance Management:

- Collecting regular feedback on performance of employees

- Coordinating and enabling PMS program of the company

- Guiding employees in adopting knowledge and skill upgradation leading to career growth

- Enabling PIP for performance below expectation cases

Training & Development:

- Identifying training needs, Conducting non-technical training to employees regularly and training effectiveness measuring

Attrition Management:


- Conduct exit interviews of all exits, analyse reasons and report major reasons triggering exits.

- Connect with resigned employees within a week from resignation date and try to retain, analyse feedback and report possible retention cases to business managers

Experience & Education:

- Minimum 12 years of experience in a similar industry ; IT Infra, IT , ITES, Services

- Preferred MBA/MSW
