Manager - Human Resources - IT (7-12 yrs)
Our client is a Small /Medium sized IT company slated for expansion.
- An MBA HR with 7-10 Years experience and last three years in IT Industry .
- He should bring with him experience in generalistic HR
- A complete go getter with flair to build quick connects with employees. The role gives ample freedom for a self starter.
He will be responsible for :
- Creation of policies related to Hiring, onboarding, performance management & appraisals.
- Work closely with Business to understand their needs and create objective KRA along with business leaders for respective business stream and close monitoring of the same
- Payroll
- Employee Engagement
- Training & development
- Handling employee grievances
- Separations & settlements
- Ensuring all Statutory compliances
