Our client is a leading domestic investment bank based in Mumbai.
Job Responsibilities
- Closely work with the Management in all strategic aspects of HR.
- Understand areas of improvement and design interventions to abridge any gaps.
- Lead the Performance Management System, Rewards & Recognition and Payroll & Retirals.
- Manage the Learning and Development function, including assessment centres as well as competency mapping.
- Strategically assist the HR team in change management projects.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in L&D, HR Operations and Rewards and Recognition.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication & presentation skills.
