Job Description: HR Manager - More than 8 years of experience in HR Generalist role managing activities from Hire to Exit - Manage the entire HR gamut especially employee engagement, stakeholder management and recruitment (be hands-on with recruitment experience/connections with recruiters and temp agencies) - Manage HR Ops (general HR operations like HRMS, MIS, confirmations, offer generation, process and policy documentation etc.) - Drive workplace diversity programs or initiatives - Experience in managing people, has managed payroll in a Shared Services setup and has an eye for detail - Comes with strong experience in recruitment, employee engagement, driving D&I initiatives and stakeholder management - Provide support and guidance on the full life cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding - Manage talent attraction programs, sourcing talents for the function using different sourcing tools and building and utilizing candidate pool for current and future positions - Oversee offboarding, including separation paperwork, exit interviews and final pay - Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset - Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems - Familiarity with HR software and working knowledge of MS Office - Attention to detail and good judgment
