Designation: Manager - HR
Location: Delhi
Experience: 5+ Years as an HRBP/ HR Generalist
Education Qualification: Masters in HR (Only Full Time) from good B-School
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the complete Talent acquisition process
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Report to founder/ director and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Knowledge of handling 3rd party/ off-role employees
- Handling employee grievances/ RnR
- We are looking for a senior HR Resource, who can manage hiring and payroll very well. Has to be a new-age smart professional and not old fashioned. Basically from a non-corporate background.
- Startup experience and a good MBA college would matter. Below mentioned are some key traits:-
- HCM/ HRMS experience is a must
- Should be having knowledge of stat compliance viz PF, ESI, contractual labor etc..
- Willing to travel to Sonipat Plant (depending on the need)
- Excellent communication & excel skills
- Vendor Management
