- Induction and training, appraisal system and corporate communications
- Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
- Responsible for wing to wing solution starting from Hiring, Training and Enhancement of Employee Skills
- Accountable for meeting the hiring and recruitment needs of the organization.
- Accountable for searching and identifying the apt candidates to meet job requirements across segments within the company.
- Utilise new age social networking tools to head hunt and connect with the right candidates for the job.
- Should be able to create the right job descriptions, with guidance from unit heads, which should be innovative to attract the right talent.
