Manager - Human Resources - Interior & Automotive Material Firm (10-15 yrs)
- Responsible for Pan India recruitment & selection of staffs through job portals, Head Hunting and other Resources .
- Making of department and individual KPI and KRA.
- Support to the Managing Director and the Management Team in smooth day to day operations and reviewing the Performance.
- Monitor the monthly sales reports as per deadlines .
- Monitor the compensation and benefits of employees across the country.
- Create & implementing performance management system as per requirement
- Responsible for new country policy rollout and revision of existing policies and developed and reviewed new & existing processes .
- Develop HR policies & procedures for the country.
- Report to the CHO in Korea about the current and future HR Practices and implementations.
- Solely responsible for sending all reports related to Indian operations to CHO.
- Supervise the performance management system and designing rollout of PMS strategy, KRA setting & closure.
- Accountable for joining formalities & induction program as per the HR Manual for all employees
- Conduct walk in interviews for on and off roll employees.
- Responsible for budgeting and adherence .
- Coordinate with professional trainers and arranged various training programs.
- Overseeing PF, other compliance.
- Responsible for PF monthly challan and returns on time.
- Ensure Indian compliance.
