a. Sourcing to Closure
b. Tracking
c. Monitoring
3. Engagement with talent and ensure larger play in retention of resources
4. Drive all HR projects that we may come up from time to time
5. Proactively take initiatives that may aid employees and business
6. Partner with business on development initiatives of their employees
7. Ensuring the respective team and managers understand HR offerings
8. Ensuring good ESAT scores
9. Ensuring Learning objectives are being met
