Looking for Plant HR Manager(male) for our plant in Parwanoo. Upto 15 yrs. of exp. 70% HR role and 30% IR role. Auto/Manufacturing experience necessary. DIMENSION / SCOPE OF THE JOB: - The person will be responsible for all Plant HR &amp; IR activities. The areas covered will be all IR &amp; HR functions, Legal Issues &amp; Legal Compliance, Industrial Discipline, Employee Relation. ROLE &amp; RESPONSIBILITY OF THE POSITION: - The person will be responsible for all Plant HR &amp; IR activities. HR Activities Such as Manpower Planning: - Recruitment, Selection and Induction, Competency Profiling, Operators Performance Management, Operators Training Development, Mentoring &amp; Counselling, Employee Engagement &amp; Participation - Employee Motivation &amp; Morale IR Activities&nbsp; - Thorough Knowledge of core IR Activities in the Manufacturing Industry, Legal issues, Domestic Enquiry and Charge Sheet, Welfare, MIHS, Superannuation, VRS Scheme, Union Activities, Negotiation skills, Foreseeing problems, etc., SKILLS PROFILE Technical: 1) Welfare, MIHS, Superannuation 2) Thorough knowledge of core HR &amp; IR activities in the Manufacturing industry 3) Legal issues VRS Scheme People: 1) Negotiation Skills 2) Union activities 3) Foreseeing problems 4) Communication skills
