Manager - Human Resources - Hyperlocal Advertising Platform

As an HR Manager, you will manage Tech Recruitment, On-boarding, Employee Engagement & Culture building.

What you will do:

- Overseeing all aspects of human resources admin practices and processes

- KPI tracking and performance measurement of the entire team on an ongoing basis

- Doing Quarterly performance reviews, quality assessment of the team,

- Handling Planning capacity, career planning of each team member, team activities,

- Monitoring and managing daily attendance, leave management

- Maintain human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.

- Onboarding employee and client on an ongoing basis

- Managing vendors and any other admin work that might come up

What you need to have:

- 5-8 years of experience as an HR Generalist

- Ideal candidate would have worked in Digital marketing / Media / Tech company.

- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures

- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. PeopleSoft) will be a plus

- A proven track record in administering HR operations via an HRIS tool

- Must be a self-starter, highly organized, people driven, result oriented and handle work pressure.

- Polished presentation and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent communication and people skills

- Aptitude in problem-solving
