- Talent acquisition. Manage end to end recruitment/selection process for new and replacement hires.
- Handle employee life cycle from hire to retire.
- Administer and manage monthly payroll.
- Execute, adhere, benchmark and improvise all HR policies and processes.
- HRMIS - maintain, update and report from time to time.
- Administer all HR digital platforms.
- Manage/administer performance management system (all performance review processes).
- Vendor management and communication (all HR vendors) - contract renewal, coordinating with vendors to administer relevant tasks/ processes.
- HR statutory - manage all applicable statutory obligations through vendor, like PF, gratuity etc.
- Stay complaint as per internal policy and the regulator.
Qualification required - MBA (preferably specialization in OB, HR)
