Experience: 3-6 years of Experience in a manufacturing company.

Key responsibility:
- Manpower budgeting, sourcing, selection, on-boarding and induction.
- Responsible for Performance Management, Talent engagement, Rewards, Policies
- Handling all PMS activities, Managing key employee engagement
- Overall HR Business Partnering for the Organization corporate & factory which will involve regular traveling.
- Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering skills, Campus Placements, Over viewing the administration management at HO location.
- Understanding of Compensation and Benefits
- Process Discipline & Analytical Orientation
- Self-drive, Results Focus, excellent communication skills.
