Manager - Human Resources

FMCG Organization - Mumbai

Role Summary: Responsible for all the HR functions for one of India's leading FMCG company.

Key responsibilities:

- Act as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers for the business.

- Identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities for continuing business success in conjunction with business leaders.

- Drive core HR processes for corporate team and coordinate and manage annual processes for entire New Business division & some Corporate Functions.

- Devise HR interventions for the businesses/function and work with regional teams for deployment of the same.

- Responsible for tracking and maintaining key data and metrics pertaining to the employee base and periodically reporting the same to business/function leaders.

- Support in forecasting and planning talent requirements in line with the function/business strategy.

- Drive talent acquisition and ensure quality of hire and adherence to recruitment timelines, processes and standards

- Manage personnel administration (activities relating to the employee life-cycle) and welfare activities for the business

- Analyse trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.

- Drive all employee engagement initiatives specific for the business

- Identify and implement practices to improve employee morale and motivation. Be the point person for all employee concerns.

Key deliverables:

- Recruitment & Selection of required talent as per norms.

- Completion of key HR processes within timelines and quality standards.

- Completion of manpower budgeting and adherence to timelines, cost and numbers.

- Drive HR processes for the business in compliance with process timelines and standards.

- Smooth and proactive functioning all HR initiatives for the business.

- Around 3-5 years of work experience in HR function post-graduation (Premier B-School)

- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders.

- Ability to lead and provide direction to a team.
