Designation - Manager - Human Resource Department - Human Resource - ER (Employee Relations) Job Location - Pune Work Days - 5 Education - Full Time MBA - Must Experience - Min 2+ years Role &amp; Responsibilities: - Engaging in interviews, to gauge Candidate fitment with the company Values &amp; Culture. - Ensure alignment with all the timelines for joining, confirmations, exits, etc. - Conduct timely Induction for all new Joiners at the Head office. - Engage with Key and build on employee camaraderie for the region. - Ensure retention of Key Performers, through strategic interventions and proactive planning. - Undertake &amp; drive multiple employee engagement activities at a regional level. - Management of all employee related Grievances for the assigned region. - Management of all Disciplinary Cases for the region. - This would entail alignment with all statutory regulations, internal policies and stakeholder management.
