Manager - Human Resources - Education Sector (5-9 yrs)

We are looking for an HR Manager-Ops to help lead efforts in growing our teams. You will play a meaningful role in managing Employee Engagement, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Rewards & Benefits, and Employee Grievance Handling. You will have the opportunity to define and drive the strategic direction of our hiring teams as the company grows to meet new demands.

Responsibilities for HR Manager

- Manage and lead a collaborative Ops team that can scale to the dynamic demands of a growing company.

- Define consistent data-driven hiring metrics and goals.

- Act as a critical business partner to members of the company to improve the onboarding to exit framework policies.

- Passionately drive results by thinking and acting quickly to ensure the long-term best interest of company objectives.

- Stay connected to the competitive landscape, including compensation trends.

Skills and Qualifications

- Must have prior experience working in the Education Sector.

- Experience designing, assessing, deploying and optimising talent campaigns and initiatives.

- Experience with defining and presenting HR functions in an Infrastructure industry.

- Minimum of 4+ years of experience is required to handle the position.

- A MBA/or Equivalent degree in HR is a mandate.

- Effective communication skills. Interpersonal skills/speaking professionally is a must.
