- Driving campus recruitment & Walk-In Interviews.
- Screening Resumes, Conducting Telephonic Interview, HR Interview, and Scheduling functional Interview.
- Responsible for issuing all the HR Letters to the employees i.e.: - Appointment Letter, LOI, Confirmation Letter, Resignation Letter, Increment Letter, Experience Letter etc.
- Responsible for smooth on boarding of new joining's.
- Responsible for HR Induction and Joining Formalities
- Handling Separation formalities of Employees.
- Driving employee Engagement Activities
HRIS : Updating employee Database & Preparing formats for HR reports.
