Key responsibilities: -

- Employee engagement

- Employee Policies formulation

- Recruitment & liasoning with recruitment agencies

- Employee retention & skill training

- Exit interviews

- Payroll processing

Candidates with prior ecommerce experience would be preferred, with 2-5 years of relevant work experience in HR. MBA in HR is a must for the role.
