- Initially for first few months S/he will need to send 80% of the time in recruitment and 20% for other HR activities. Once all the position gets filled this ratio might change to 60:40.
- Should have a working knowledge of other HR responsibilities like HR Policies and Employee Grievance handling etc.
- Liaising with recruiters, go through portals to screen and short list resumes through based on the job requirement.
- Preparing offer letter, employment contract and job descriptions, completing joining formalities and induction
- Handle Employee Grievance and identify areas of improvement to increase employee satisfaction and motivation.
- Assist with the day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Prepare HR MIS
