Our client is a diversified group into consulting and turnkey projects in Education, EdTEch, Energy, Agri and Infrastructure based out of Dubai, having its clients in EMEA, SEA and other regions

About the Role

Looking for an HR Manager to join and lead our Human Resources department.

HR Manager Responsibilities include overseeing the recruitment process, designing company policies and setting objectives for the HR team. He/ She will also help shape employer brand strategy. To be successful in this role, He/ She should be familiar with HR technology, including payroll systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.

Ultimately, He/ She will ensure company attracts, hires, develops and retains qualified employees.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

- Manage the recruitment and selection process

- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital

- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization

- Nurture a positive working environment

- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

- Maintain pay plan and benefits program

- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

- Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire)

Requirements

- Proven work experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role

- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems and ATS)

- Solid understanding of local labor legislation

- Excellent communication abilities

- Leadership skills

- Ability to foster healthy employee relations

- Graduate/PG in in Human Resources Management
