Experience: 8+ Years working in a BPO / KPO / ITeS / BFSI organisation with international operations with atleast 500+ staff and ideally not larger than 2,000 staff (basically to ensure that they have coordinated with different stakeholders & also not worked in a very large organisation)

What you will be doing:

1. Talent Acquisition and Management:

a) Recruitment of Senior Executives in certain critical roles of the organization

(Most Important Focus Area devoting 70% of focus for the first 90 days)

- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles in Finance, Marketing, CEO's office, and Lead Operations through proactive sourcing and engagement strategies.

- Develop and implement effective selection criteria and assessment methods to ensure the best fit for each role.

- Ensure timely and efficient coordination of the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and follow-ups for candidates applying to senior executive roles in these key areas.

- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

b) Implementing the onboarding of an ATS platform like ZingHR and automating the recruitment process & screening.

2. Employee Engagement and HR Business Partnering:

a) Drive employee engagement initiatives and programs to create a positive and inclusive work environment.

b) Collaborate with managers and employees to identify opportunities for enhancing employee satisfaction, well-being, and professional growth.

c) Act as a trusted HR business partner, providing strategic guidance and support to leaders and managers on people-related matters.

d) Proactively address employee concerns and facilitate effective conflict resolution.

3. HR Operations and Employee Relations:

a) Support the implementation of HR systems completely and ensuring all HR processes are being documented and followed, providing feedback and suggestions for enhancements.

b) Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements on monthly / annual basis, addressing any gaps or adverse observations promptly.

c) Collaborate with the administration team to manage vendor relationships and maintain proper documentation for administrative tasks
