Recruitment above Sr. Manager level and for Global Shared Services - Ensure creation and updation of job description - Establish & maintain relationship with HODs to proactively identify resource requirement, Build and maintain relationship with sourcing partners, Engage in Salary fixation & negotiation (only for selected positions) - Understand profile of the candidate to position and compute salary, discuss & rectify, obtain approval from the concerned - Administer joining formalities and prepare induction matrix; follow to ensure induction process is administered properly d. NAPS & BTP / DDUGKY / ANBRY--manage and oversee e. HR Analytics and Data management
