Manager - Human Resources - BFSI/Retail/Telecom - XLRI/TISS/FMS/MDI (2-5 yrs)
- Finalizing manpower plan for the channel/function which the incumbent is managing
- Ensure adequate and quality staffing for the functions as per business requirement within the required timelines
- Ensure effective implementation of recruitment & selection policy and processes
- Relationship management with campuses for mass hiring through campus visits at graduate campus level
- Hiring from multiple sources and for multiple channels/functions depending upon the requirements
Induction & on-boarding -
- Ensure smooth on-boarding for all new joinees and post joining engagement activities to ensure 90 day yield improves continuously.
- Post joining Documentation and on-boarding process completion
- Arranging forums, meetings with managers, regular discussions to provide continued support to new joinees
Performance Management:
- Effective administration of Performance Management processes
- Ensuring Organization KRAs are cascaded down to the ground level through effective communication of individual and team KPIs
- Conversations on performance, tracking performance issues and creating interventions
- Anchoring annual appraisal process for the channel/function
Employee Touch & Advocacy:
- Resolution of HR queries and being a SPOC for all employee in the functionswhile managing employee life-cycle stages
- Capturing employee pulse and sensing all the time to spot trends and issues ahead of time
- Communication of HR policies and Code of Conduct
- Managing employee governance and grievance redressal
Skills desired:
- Knowledge of HR systems and processes

- Effective stakeholder management
Min. Requirement:
- 2-year full-time regular MBA/PGDM from top-tiered B schools
- 1-4 years of experience post MBA
- Excellent at communication and Stakeholder management.
