Manager - Human Resources - BFSI (6-7 yrs)
- The jobholder will have the responsibility of providing support in HR activities related to Recruitment, HR operations, Grievance Management and Employee Engagement and other miscellaneous activities. Will be responsible for MIS and report generation of above activities in the stipulated time frame.
Key Responsibilities Recruitment -
- Maintains organization staffing requirements by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; Coordinating with Hiring Managers on candidate selection; Responsible for entire life cycle of Recruitment
- Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need to maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates
- Recruitment Consultant Management - Manage relationships with Recruitment Consultants and partner with them on specific search assignments
- Maintains/ Update job requirements and job descriptions for all specified positions
- Track data and provide analysis of various recruitment measurements, such as employee retention rates, employee turnover, and open position aging reports On Boarding & Induction
- Establishing and conducting orientation programs for all new hires HR Operations
- Ensure Adherence to HR Operations Process; Maintain Data Quality on Mpower
- Employee Query Redressal - Spoc for addressing queries on of designate employees on HR Practices/ Policies/ Processes
Exit Management :
- Conducting and analyzing exit interviews
Grievance Management :
- Hearing & Resolving employee grievances
- Assisting with detailed investigations, as required
- Additional Human Resources duties as assigned.
