Duties and Responsibility: - Planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional and operational areas and facilitate selection interviews. - Develop and prepare structure policies and procedures in area of Learning and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, OD intervention, employee engagement and administration activities. - Supporting strategic objectives. - Manage the process across levels and establish framework for performance appraisal system linked to rewards. - Hiring staff and negotiating employment agreements. - Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. - Maintain complete database of employees. - Maintain and manage vendor and payments of vendors. - Create HR Dashboard consisting of rate of attrition, uptake, short - term performance incentives, etc. - Prepare MIS Reports & Presentations on various HR process. - Maintain exit employee records which includes relieving letter, experience certificate, full & final settlement, etc. Education & Other Requirements: - MBA -HR with 5-6 years of relevant experience in Fintech/Start-up/Ecommerce. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. - Good problem-solving skills. - Budget management experience. - Strong people skills. - Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
