Manager - Human Resources - Beauty Segment - FMCG (7-11 yrs)

Role & Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition :

- Develop and implement staffing strategies in alignment with business directions.

- Responsible for managing the key HR matrices for the region (Manpower Plan vs Actual, Budget vs actual cost, attrition, Internal Mobility)

- Managing talent acquisition meeting manpower requirements as per the agreed timelines

- Ensure a healthy mix of recruitment. Responsible for identifying and empanelling Consultants, Relationship Management with the consultants, local training Institutes, Referrals Schemes, Boost Walk Ins, Job Portals usage etc. for sourcing candidates.

Employee Relations :

- Responsible for Employee Relations activities including handling matters related to disciplinary actions, grievances, counselling, staff misconduct, advising and guiding management on the and the best practices employer and employee including all relevant employment laws

- Drive HR processes / initiatives viz employee engagement, performance management process, rewards & recognition programs

- Designing employee engagement calendar and driving engagement activities in the region

- Identifying training needs to employees and facilitating thru L&D team.

- Performance Management System: Good exposure of managing and running an effective Performance Management System.

Compliance, Payroll & MIS

- Ensure good governance and total compliance under various statutes and company's processes viz. POSH, Code of Conduct etc and continuously drive various initiatives to build a positive work culture.

- Payroll Management: Ensuring compliance to timelines and regulations on the Payroll Processing along with the HR Operations Team. Ensuring all statutory compliances pertaining to payroll.

- Responsible for preparation of various HR Dashboards/MIS, HR Analytics HR status reports that are shared on Weekly, Monthly Quarterly basis with the Core Leadership Team

Education, Experience Requirements:

- PG/Master's degree from a reputed college or university

- 7+ years of experience in progressive or fast paced work environment.
