About the role Bombay Hemp Company's HR Manager will be responsible for the execution of all aspects of HR and People Operations at the company, and will be reporting directly to the management team. The HR Manager will be responsible to execute and constantly improve processes around recruitment, onboarding and offboarding (exit), performance management, employee engagement, training and development, absence and payroll management and record keeping. They will also be required to ensure that company policies and processes are aligned with Indian Labour Laws. Finally, providing strategic support and advice to management in setting up these processes will be a key element of this role. What we are looking for - 3+ years of experience as an HR generalist - Past experience executing/implementing HR processes effectively and independently - The ability to add structure to chaos and build and run processes to increase efficiency - Strong verbal and written communication skills
