Manager - Human Resource - Wealth Management Business - NBFC

Urgently required HR Manager - Wealth Management Business for a leading NBFC at Mumbai

Experience : 3-6 Years

- We are looking at candidates only from BFSI Sector (Banking, NBFC, Insurance & broking) currently handling Wealth management vertical/Wealth Division

- This will be a mix of HRBP (70%) & Recruitment (30%)

- To lead business HR efforts for the Wealth Management Business Unit with mix of Sales, Collections, Corporate and Central Support functions.

- Talent Acquisition and Talent Management of on-roll & off-roll staff across products and verticals

- Designing HR Policy, HR operations, Process improvements, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations & Discipline, Training & Development; and Employee Communication within the business unit.
