1. Responsible to gather the hiring requirement of the company and develop Talent Acquisition strategies
2. Mentoring and guidance to a team of 2-3 to implement the plan to meet the hiring targets
3. Work on employer branding to boost the company's brand in front of prospective candidates
4. Coordinating end-to-end recruitment and hiring process, which includes identifying the right pool, using multiple channels to reach out to candidates, scheduling interviews, taking initial interview rounds, etc.
5. Boosting employee referrals to achieve hiring targets
6. Launch competitions, webinars and other non-standard hiring techniques to get interested candidates signed up
7. Measure and analyze cost per hire and work on strategies to minimize it
8. Maintaining, analyzing and taking corrective measures to decrease the turn-around-time; increase - joined to offered ratio, joined to the interviewed ratio
