We are looking for a talented & entrepreneurial individual who will end to end drive talent acquisition, headcount planning, performance management and talent engagement.
- The individual will work closely with the Founders and also engage with various teams.
- The individual will also select and manage recruitment partners, HR operations partners and other vendors to enable a robust Human Resources practice for the company.
- One of the key goals for the individual will be to help create an identity and culture for the organisation,
Requirement
- 3-5 years of experience
- Strong understanding of people processes.
- Should be hands-on and adept at creating plans on his/ her own. Very proficient at using various tools such as XL/ Spreadsheets.
- Problem solver
- High energy
- Strong analytical capabilities.
- High energy and motivation. Willing to go the extra mile.
- Should have the ability to negotiate and manage outsourced vendors comprising "Recruitment agencies" ; "Payroll partner" etc.
- Adapt to "StartUp environment" / Should enjoy building from ground up
