Manager - Human Resource - Startup (3-5 yrs)
We are currently working on 3 mandates for young, growing start-ups(3) with high aspirations, the positions are for HR professionals with high potential who can drive HR agendas for the organisation as Lead HR.
This person will work very closely with the top management and be responsible for all HR aspects.
Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience as a HR - Generalist with large organisations and be from top Premier institutes like XLRI, TISS, Symbiosis.
Candidates should be tenacious on joining a young start-ups and build all needed systems and processes.
All the required coaching and mentoring and knowledge support for the role will be given by HR Professionals.
Locations are - Mumbai, Noida and Pune.
