Role : Manager HR
Profile :
- Manpower Budgeting Planning and Talent Acquisition
- Strategic Manpower planning in respect to Talent Acquisition & Talent Retention
- Assisting the management in the formulation of the annual manpower Plan in line with the business plan
- Developing, Implementing and maintaining Hiring strategies and action plans for smooth, timely acquisition of talent within the agreed Cost, Quality, Volume and Time parameters.
- Industry mapping to identify & create a potential talent pool.
- Responsible for end-to-end hiring for positions across businesses for all India operations.
- Ensuring Proper source mix with appropriate utilization of all the hiring channels like employee referral, social media, Job portals & career sites
- Performance Management & Governance
- Implementation & timely closure of the performance development system
- Execute PIP action plan - on the basis of Performance.
- Ensure to drive improvement plans through training & development
- R&R (Rewards and recognition)
- Ensure Execution of rewards & recognition programs.
- Responsible to recognize and rewarding the performing employees as per R&R programs
- Employee Connect
- Ensure new joiners gets all the basics necessities at the time of joining starting from Induction, Receiving ID, Business cards, Email id, work station etc.
- Responsible for the initial hand-holding of new employees.
- Employee Retention & Development
- Ensure employee retention through engagement programs and R&R programs
- JD/KPI
- Maintain continuous interaction with employees & educate them on the relevance of JD, KPIs & performance review process
- Share HR Governance reports as per the desired frequency
