Detailed Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: - Coordinate with hiring managers to understand the manpower position, needs and expectations - Plan interview and selection, including screening calls, assessments, and in- person interviews - Input into overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals HR Operations: - Assist in employer branding initiatives - Assist in effective and well planned onboarding for new joiners. - Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave, employee engagement, occupational health and safety; and training and development. - Assists in compliance framework management Business partner: - Partners with employees to understand day to day challenges and work with the HR team and respective managers to overcome the same Qualification: MBA (HR) / MSW
