Manager- HR for a large and renowned Gurgaon based organization. for a large and renowned organization. MBA with minimum 6 years of experience in reputed process and excellence driven organization may respond urgently to us.

Location: Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities :

- Conceptualize, design and execute annual HR plan for the business unit in line with the business goals and overall HR strategy of the organization.

- Top quality talent acquisition as per the business plan of the SBU

- Conceptualize , update and implement Talent Management, Succession Planning and Career planning concepts

- Manage entire cycle of performance management from goal setting onwards

- Support in driving business aligned programs and change management.

- Work closely with the CHRO to to execute organizational re-design and implementation of revised frameworks

- Manage organizational awareness campaigns to promote and reinforce any new policy decision

- Partner with line managers to proactively address business issues related to workforce planning, employee engagement, development and productivity

- Manage manpower planning, budget and talent acquisition for the business unit

- Initiate and drive closures of performance improvement plans for bottom performers

- Attrition analysis and management - identify Talent at Risk & evaluate retention options

- Enhance employee capability through sessions on competency assessments and career frameworks as well as relevant trainings

- Build manager capability through training and coaching on topics like performance discussions, giving feedback and handling first level grievances

- Ensure 100% compliance to key policies like workplace harassment, code of business conduct and ethics and data security.

- Thorough knowledge and experience of HR planning and strategy of the organization.

- Leadership, a natural ability to lead people and lead by example, the manager will be required to quickly command respect and loyalty even when making difficult decisions.

- Strong analytical mind set with problem-solving skills

- Ability to drive innovation and creativity.
