Manager - Human Resource/Organization Development/Learning & Development - Pharmaceutical (10-13 yrs)

We are urgently looking for Manager HR for a Leading Pharmaceutical Company located at Tarapur, Boisar (100 Kms away from Mumbai):

Qualification- MBA (HR)

Experience- 10 to 13 YRS

Technical Competencies - Aware of cGMP norms/guidelines, Safety Practices

Process Safety Knowledge- Should be aware of basic safety, use of PPE's.

Job Description:

1. Employee Engagement :

a. Overall responsibility for end to end execution of engagement initiatives viz. Employee Engagement Survey & subsequent action planning.

b. Overall administration of Location Suggestion Scheme

c. Contribution towards improvement in engagement levels by implementing various Corporate Level as well as Location level policies and initiatives.

d. Ensure smooth orientation and transition of the New Joiners through the Location Buddy process.

2. Organisation Development

a. Assist the Management / HR Head in various interventions related to change management at Location level aimed at maintaining higher retention levels, healthy relationships at Shop floor etc. Executives as well as Manager grade.

3. Training & Development

a. Training Needs Identification

b. Framing and rolling out the Annual Training Calendar and its implementation

c. Training Effectiveness Measurement and necessary action for improvement

d. Coordinate with Corporate L&D and implement various training interventions at Location including planning, executing and effectiveness measurement of training as well as conducting Training Programs

e. Ensure optimum utilization of Training budget.

4. Performance Management System

a.Ensure 100% goal setting for all Employees as per the Organisation policies

b.Timely completion of the Performance Appraisal Process as per the Corporate guidelines

c.Conduct training sessions for PMS policy Awareness, Goal Setting, and other performance improvement related interventions.

5. Skill Enhancement

a.Coordination with Corporate L&D for the implementation of capability enhancement initiatives at the Location.

b.Sustain and build upon the existing Location level initiatives

c.Conceptualize new initiatives at Location level as per specific needs of the Location.

6. Employee Connect

a.Sustain and build upon the various employee connect initiatives at Corporate as well as Location level

b.Ensure timely action and feedback mechanism for the issues raised in the Employee Connect programs.

7. Employee Appreciation, Rewards & Recognition

a.Responsible for the smooth operation, sustenance, and management of the Rewards and Recognition Programs at the Location Level

b.Sustain and build upon the existing programs

c.Coordinate with Corporate L&D for various Employee Appreciation, Rewards and Recognition Initiatives.

8. MIS, Budgeting, and ROI

a.Responsible for database management and MIS related to various Development initiatives and release of the same on time at Monthly / Quarterly / Annual frequency

b.Draw-up the annual budget for the Training, Development, Engagement, and Appreciation of Employees at Location Level

c.Assist the Line Function in Effectiveness measurement and calculation of returns on various Employee Engagement and capability building initiatives.

9. Provide timely support to HR Head in various other HR functions like Recruitment, Compliance, IR etc..

1. Communication & Presentation: Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills. Good on MS PPT. Ability to interact with varied audiences and express one's point of view, creating a win-win situation.

2. Influencing: Ability to influence outcomes by sustained efforts. Capable of leading the team as well as stakeholders towards change and development.

3. Initiation: Should be a self-starter. Able to initiate actions and produce positive results through sustained efforts and also motivate team / various stakeholders for the same.

4. Drafting & Documentation: Capable of drafting policies, guidelines, and procedures. Error-free and immaculate documentation.

5. Analytical Ability: Analytical skills to visualize the cost-benefits of a training and development intervention. Build and sustain the initiative with foresight and see-through the implementation.
