Role : Manager Human Resource Operations &amp; IR Compliance Reports to : Head HR Location : Mumbai Role : - Handle HR operations- Onboarding, Induction, Verification, Employee Grievances, confirmation etc. - Handle &amp; front end all IR related issues, coordination with external legal &amp; IR consultants - Will also manage HR operations for new set up in Gujarat &amp; Dubai - Prepare and maintain accurate records, files and reports, including responsibility for maintaining personnel records. Work with internal and&nbsp;statutory auditors and respond to their queries satisfactorily - Liaise &amp; coordinate with Legal personnel's and officials - Evaluate &amp; conduct research regarding employment issues, benefits, workers compensation and personnel procedures and, working with Legal Counsel, apply the conclusions to personnel policies and practices. - Maintain company policies sign off, background verification results, and other personnel records, and ensure company is in compliance with all laws and regulations and demonstrates - best practices- in regard to personnel information management. Skills, Experience &amp; qualifications : - 14 years of experience in handling HR operations &amp; compliance, exposure to IR &amp; legal preferred. - Qualification in Legal/ Labour law will be preferred - Experience in working with an Global company / US MNC is preferred - Should be willing to travel to other offices in Gujarat.
