Manager HR (Alternate Saturdays Working)

Job Description :

- This position is responsible for managing entire Human Resources Function and advising and influencing the business functions on HR related matters

Client Details :

Our Client is an online Marketplace and a leader in their segment. They started their journey about 5 years back and have become the leaders in their space. They are currently looking for a passionate HR Individual who will set the entire HR structure for the organisation

Description :

- Drive People agenda for the organisation

- Develop the competencies and skill sets of existing employees

- Drive Member engagement survey and develop and support action plan for cross functional departments and implementation of action plan

- Recruitment: Partner with Tech and Non Tech teams to hire critical positions on time within TAT, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, salary fitment, offers and employment contract.

- Handle Incentive schemes, communication, briefing the same, Payout process, etc.,

- Design and Implement the entire C&B agenda for the firm

Profile :

In order to be eligible for this role, you must :

1. Come with 5-10 years of experience

2. Have in depth experience as an HRBP and Recruitment specialist across Tech and Non tech Functions

3. Gave good experience in designing and implementing incentive schemes

4. Have great communication skills

5. Should be a Fulltime MBA
