Title: Manager - Human Resource

Reports to : Director - Operations

Location : Mumbai

Required Skills and Experience :

- This role requires energy, strong people management skills, robust influencing and collaboration skills, and the ability to establish systems and processes within a fast growing organization.

We are looking for an experienced HR professional with the following requirement :

- MBA/PGDM/Post Graduate Degree/Certification Specialized in HR from Tier-1 institutes in India or abroad At least 10 years of work experience handling various areas of HR, fitting to role defined above

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in an international and multi-cultural team

- Passion to work in social sector and make a difference

- Highly collaborative and empathetic but equally results-driven

- Highest standards of integrity, ethics, and professionalism

Responsibilities :

- Own and deliver on recruitment needs of the organization across all levels as per agreed timelines and with high quality of talent sourced

- Propose and implement effective organizational structures and design for efficient and effective utilization of talent at the organization

- Devise and implement employee retention strategies to reduce employee turnover & enhance engagement

- Implement a robust career growth plan and succession plan to help mitigate risk associated with turnover and cultivate existing talent by matching promising employees with Organization's future organizational needs

- Recommend and execute compensation philosophy to ensure Organizational competitiveness

- Establish and implement a robust performance management and reward and recognition system with sharp goal sheets and competency maps to facilitate and maintain a high-performance culture

- Manage, coach and mentor HR team to effectively execute HR strategy and plan

- Build and institutionalize a capability development framework to improve performance and potential of the Organization talent to meet its future objectives

- Create and implement HR policies and procedures
