Will be responsible to partner with Head HR in revamping HR Systems & Processes. S/he should have hands on experience in good systems and processes wrt.
a. Talent Management : experience in co-creating Talent Management Framework ( JDs creation |setting KRAs | PMS & Review Mechanism| Career Path | Succession Plan | Employee Engagement initiatives [beyond birthday/festival celebrations] | co-creating and implementing Employee Communication platforms |Exit Managements etc.)
b. Learning & Development : Partner in identifying learning needs, right training partners, developing & evaluating Internal trainers | experience in implementing learning solutions and training outcome assessment processes.
c. Recruitment & On boarding : Experience in managing Recruitments independently (Profile Sourcing | partner with manpower vendors | able to conduct initial HR interactions | coordinate with HMs | maintain TAT | Reference checks | LOI release etc . | seamless on boarding of New Hires - bringing on table Industry good practices)
d. Basic understanding of Statutory Compliances and HR Operations (Payroll | Grievance management | handling disciplinary matters | HR Audit etc.)
