Manager - Human Resource - Manufacturing (6-13 yrs)
Company Profile: Our client is a Global MNC organisation having a manufacturing set-up in Western Suburbs of Mumbai-World leaders in their field. They currently have a headcount around 150. Our clients are looking for young, dynamic HR Manager to be based at the HO+Plant in Western Suburbs of Mumbai. The position reports to the CEO. Our clients offer excellent salary/perks as per industry norms & commensurate with experience.
The positions are expected to be closed by mid-November.
Job Profile: The incumbent will be responsible for overall management of the HO+plant HR, IR, ER, payroll and Administration.
KRAs:
- Filling up the gaps in Manpower, retention of employees, Liasioning with govt. Officials.
- Training
- Maintenance of Employee records, Time office keeping, Pest control, Safety measures.
- Wage and Salary Administration, Fixing of remuneration, Payroll Management.
- Auditing and maintaining Outsourced housekeeping & Security.
- Performance Appraisal of the employees.
- Employee engagement, Handling Canteen Committee, Safety committee, Employees Welfare Committee.
- Recruitment and induction of the employees as per the job profile matrix
- Framing various HR policies as per the requirement of the company and management decision. Coordinating and implementing the various company policies.
- Interaction with the workers and ensuring the smooth industrial relations.
- Liasioning with the govt. officials especially with Industries Department, pollution department, P.F/ E.S.I department.
- Filling returns under Factory Act, ESIC, PF etc. Maintaining various Registers under Factory act.
- Various Renewals factory license, Consent for pollution, Contract labor management. Handling labor issues.
Candidate Profile: MBA / Post Graduation in HR (MBA/MLS/MSW) with 6-13 years experience in HR & IR activities in Manufacturing organisations. Must have ideally worked in plants with headcount 50-200. Must be independently handling all HR/IR/ER activities of the organisation or a division of a large manufacturing organisation.
Salary offered: 12 - 15 LPA
