The role is of manager HR - Heading the HR function for a manufacturing MNC based at Pune.

The Incumbent will be responsible for all the HR Generalist Activities and report to the MD.

Looking at a generalist HR with 5+ yrs of experience in HR Functions. Expertise would include following:

- Exposure to Employee engagement programs

- Recruitments

- Handling on roll and off roll employees

- HR Policies

- Payroll

- Compensation

- Training & Development

- IR

- HR initiatives

This position reports to the MD. They require a self-driven and motivated person who can drive the changes and who is a self-starter and have a strategic bent of mind.
