Job Description :
Broad Expectations :
1) People Strategy :
- Work closely with the business to plan and execute the annual as well as the mid-term strategy
- Ensure iteration in line with the dynamics of the business and the operating environment
- Stay abreast of market trends and events and understand the impact on the business on an ongoing basis
2) Organizational Design :
- Steward the optimal structuring of the organization structure in line with business priorities and goals to ensure maximum talent engagement
- Implement and coach / counsel all stakeholders in the implementation of processes like performance management and talent development to ensure a high performance organization.
- Identify, plan and implement key projects to improve quality, maintain cost efficiencies & increase effectiveness of the core team
3) Culture, Engagement & Wellness :
- Lead the organization culture, engagement and wellness principles an
- Identify hot spots within the organization as it relates to the overall organizational effectiveness and health, and rolling out corrective / developmental actions
4) Talent Acquisition :
- Be an important ambassador for the organization
- Ensure outstanding candidate experience
- Follow defined hiring protocols
- Ensure brand visibility
5) Organizational Development & Learning :
- Embed and drive Welspun group Initiatives
- At business level design and drive the key priorities linked to talent management and development

6) Compliance & Governance :
- Monitor all key compliances linked to People
- Ensure all sites are compliant with the local labour laws and audit reports are tabled and actioned
- Escalate an non compliances on a real time basis
