Qualification: MBA (HR)

Location: Vasai

Experience: 10 - 20 years experience in MNC and from Manufacturing Industry.

Responsibilities:

- Provide quality strategic and tactical HR advice and a confidential source of advice to the team in India and the Headquarters.

- Develop strategic HR plan for India and ensure alignment of local strategies with Group-wide frameworks and initiatives.

- Ensure Group, local legislated compliance and various accreditation and audit requirements are met.

- Provide strong peer support within the Group HR team and be an active member of the Global HR community
