Currently hiring HR Manager for MNC based in Faridabad

Ideal Candidate :

- Good experience in HR and IR activities

- Working experience in Union Environment

- Good knowledge on Labour laws and IR issues

- Developing, modifying and implementing HR policies & procedures across the organization.

- Experience in Organisational Development, Talent Acquisition, Welfare / IR / Legal, Contract Labour Management, General Administration

Minimum Requirements :

Education : PGDBA/MBA in HR/Industrial Relations or Relevant Qualifications

Experience : 10-15 years of experience

Other Skills :

- Excellent communication skills along with good interpersonal skills.
