The company has been able to be to have a good process hiring freshers from non-urban locations, and have had a good experience in grooming most of their Tech lead/Manager roles internally -who has been with the system for 7+ years
With growing demands from the exacting clients, the opportunity is now to hire more lateral talent!
We are looking for YOU -if you have
- An MBA with 7-10yrs experience in a growing IT services company of 100-500 team strength
- Exposure to putting strong Performance Appraisals systems in place
- Identifying training needs and development
- Managing Talent Acquisition
- Initiated Employer Branding activities
You will be supported by a 3 member team. ( 2 handson recruiters, and the other person handling all Admin/Payroll issues)
