Manager - Human Resource - IT/ITeS (9-11 yrs)
Our client a US based MNC and is one of the known names in the ITES industry with a turnover of $100 million. The company has its presence over 40 countries, engaging a workforce of over 2000 people spread around the world .
In India they are headquartered in Bhopal where it employs over 1100 people across multiple discipline and skill areas. To Manage the organization in India, the firm is looking to hire an experience and mature Human Resource Professional to support the HR function.
Designation : Manager HR
Academic Qualifications :
- MBA in HR from an institution of renown
Work experience :
- 8-10 years across various disciplines of HR, out of which at least 5 year should be in talent acquisition/recruitment.
- Minimum 5 years in IT industry.
- Minimum 2 years as Head of HR (for a unit or region or LOB (Line of business).
Other Essentials :
- Ability to get the right talent at work place
- Has the can do attitude to drive the Talent Acquisition domain
- Familiarity with latest HR practices in IT industry
- First-hand experience with developing and maintaining performance evaluation system
- Design and implement of performance appraisal process
- Design and implement initiatives for retention and arresting attrition
- Identifying and analyzing problems
- Creative mind-set towards finding out-of-the-box solutions
- Conversant with statutory compliances
