Manager - Human Resource - IT/ITeS (10-12 yrs)

- Ensure company guidelines for recruiting process are met while leading a team to manage the hiring process, up to on-boarding. Monitor and maintain team efficiency, cost effectiveness and timelines for delivery.

- Be the interface with global office on any upgrades, modification to recruitment process on group SAP platform. This includes to ensure all recruitment requests are live on the platform, vendor onboarding process, new feature to be incorporated etc.

- Participate in HR planning, deliver and regularly upgrade ongoing HR projects with the aim to continue maintaining and enriching org. and employee experience.

- Bring in innovative and customised employee experience initiatives for programs viz. Reward & Recognition, Training, in partnership with stake holders to maintain a challenging work environment and boost employee morale. Keep a continuous check on the effectiveness of these programs and maintain regular conversations with HOD/Reporting Managers to make amends, if required

- Liaise within the HR team to deliver a regional, consolidated HR report on monthly basis to Group HR.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

- 10+ years of experience in managing end-to-end recruitment for technology teams with at least 3 years as HR Business Partner.

- Be a self-starter at initiatives, go-getter with an affinity with data and should be able to take decisions based upon facts and support it with data.

- Strong attention to detail and highly organized.

- Ability to communicate across all levels of leadership.

- Ability to manage and mentor team of HR resources.

- Strong interpersonal skills: able to build relationships and establish trust, respect, competence, and confidence effectively and quickly
