- Monitoring DOST performance
- Training Coordination.
- Appraisals & increments Coordination.
- Employee Connect/ Grievance Handling.
- Conducting HR sessions & HR policies at sites.
- Succession planning for employees
- Employee Retention.
- Statutory Compliance & Audits in Site.
- Personal File Maintenance at sites wherever applicable
- Regular site Visits
- Employee Discipline/ Integrity issues handling.
- MIS Reporting
- Golden rules implementation at sites.
- Organising R&R, Employee engagement activities, town halls, etc.
Experience:
- Very good interpersonal Skills.
- Process Orientation.
- Disciplinary action- Documentation- Show cause Notice, Warning Letters
- Team Building.
